The 4” CI Ball Foot Valve is a non-return suction valve designed to be mounted at the pump inlet to prevent backflow and maintain priming. It is constructed from heavy-duty Cast Iron (CI) with an integrated strainer, ensuring debris does not enter the pump system. The internal nitrile-reinforced ball and sealing ring provide leak-proof sealing under suction conditions. Carbon steel fasteners ensure durability and mechanical strength. The body is protected with enamel paint to resist corrosion in harsh environments. Though the body features flanged mounting, the valve has a threaded end connection for flexible installations.
